BKR - Does not allow user to remove the key until the padlock is in complete lock position.  User will not lock themselves out of their house as key remains in a “unlocked” position and cannot be removed until the padlock is in a complete lock position. [We recommended this model for elderly and absent minded individually who are afraid of not “locking” their gates when they leave their home]  

BKP -  Allow users to remove key from padlock in unlock position – so user can retrieve key from the padlock to unlock their wooden main door. [This is our most popular model that we sold in Singapore as Singaporean pride convenience, it allows user to remove the key at unlock position to withdraw the keys out in the same set of keychains they hold, to unlock their wooden door so as to enter their homes. If you are like most Singaporean wants convenience, choose BKP model!] 

Loon Lock Art. 118 model comes with replacement key cylinder and the key insertions is from the bottom whereas Loon Lock Art 108 does not come with replaceable key cylinder feature & the key insertion is from the side of the padlock.
